I bought a few area rugs at courtyard sales and would resembling to put some padding beneath them. I am looking for a non-slip kind and definite soft. Where can I buy it? Please don't send me to the Carpet Store. They charge giant prices even though they should have small pieces as gone over. I am looking at Lowes or Home depot. Thanks

Habitat for Humanity have thrift stores where they market stuff that's been donated, you could try here, or if you've got a local Freecycle network group, you night even find it for free!
