How can I prevent my hand from getting so sore when file metal contained by technology?
So, at arts school I do resistant materials in technology and sometimes see as I'm a perfectionist I can spend almost two hours filing down metal frames and that so it is gleaming its crude colour and this gets me alot of apposite grades and comments from the teachers, but after doing this for just about 15minutes my hands find really sore and my arms do as well, I don't stop similar to, as it doesn't bother me too much and I can't let it bother me as I'm already over deadline for this project and I requirement to complete it soon but I just needed to know how I could prevent getting my hands sore as it sort of irritates me after I've finished my lesson for something like 2hours afterwards until the pain dies away.
How can I prevent my hand getting so sore?
I do put alot of effort and elbow grease as my instructor words it into filing and for a stool frame you can occasionally gain metal off of me i.e. so thin it could be used to cut wood and also after I've finished file you can actually, literally see the metal smoking.
Answers: Wow... My hubby's a Metal Polisher and could sure use a guy similar to you to work for him.... You should get some anti pulsation gloves from a work outfitting store which helps or also wrist guards which will lend a hand the muscles in your hand and wrists and forearms.. be careful you don't carry carpal tunnel from over doing it..
1 - If you keep at it, your muscles will gain used to it and your hands will unemotional over.

2 - Wear leather work gloves if you are hand file. Install a cushioned grip on the end of the folder if it doesn't have one.
use a profile instead of your hands
