Will American muted fixtures (ex: potlights, ceiling lights) work contained by the Philippines?
Answers: yes but you have to use the bulbs that are sold within the philippines sorry but fans wont work, merely lights

They work both ways, however you own to keep within mind that 100 volt bulbs will blow out or cause fires in attendance in Philippines.
I bought lamp from France and use them in our living room., adjectives I had to do is changeover the plug and put in US bulbs.
