Airless spray is the best solution. Wagner is probably the best known and they make many models. These Sprayers are not measured on CFM, gallons. They are measured by nozzle size, flow rate, and horse power. Typically, a flow rate of .25 gallons per minute or higher, a nozzle size of .015" to .017" and a horsepower of 1/4 or higher will spray most materials. This includes latex, acrylic, lacquer... Your best set is to purchase an airless latex paint sprayer. their aren't many good air latex sprayers. Although I did spray latex with a gravity feed spray gun. I had the flow all the way up. Still only sprays out lite.I also heard you could spray latex out of a texture sprayer.
