I primed my walls over 3 months ago and I'm ready to paint now. Do I have to recoat with primer?
Answers:
That is a top quality primer so you should be ready for your top coat. I would look carefully to be sure that the wall is clean (cooking and the like can produce a thin film even in another room as the air conditioning can carry it) You can wash the wall with TSP (tri sodium phosphate) just to be safe.

no, but i would wash the walls first.
Don't re-prime.
You are ready to go.
Nope. The primer is just to coat the walls with a base. It doesn't really matter. It just helps with getting a solid coat of paint.
It's better if you do. But if you don't want to go through retaping and running plastic, braze the walls with a very fine stratch pad. 120 grade should be the largest you go. The paint will stick to a frest surface, just remember to dust the walls off after you braze them. It will get real messy if you don't.
no.. you should be good to go.. if your worried just take a little high grit sand paper and go over them quickly to clean any residue that might be on them from hand prints or other things..
As long as the walls aren't dirty or greasey, you'll be OK
It depends on what color you want to paint your room. I painted my family room a merlot red and had to use a gray primer otherwise it would have taken 15 coats to get it the right color. I could tell right away when I started painting that I was glad I went with the gray primer for the darker color.
No. YOu are ready to paint the top coat.
No your ready to go. Unless your a very heavy smoker.
It should be fine unless you smoke and have a grease environment- just dust them other wise.
Thats some good stuff you used.
No you dont have too, but check out this guide for painting tips What is bead board? And what is clap board?
