Clearing wallpaper sour the walls and sculpture. how to?
Answers: I've done steaming, but I prefer the chemical dissolvers. Here is the list of steps that I did when I stripped the wall weekly in my guest room second fall:
Go to the paint store (I close to Sherwin Williams) and buy
- wall paper scraper (a long razorblade contained by a holder - not a paint scraper)
- wall-paper scorer (pokes tiny holes in the wallpaper while its on the wall
- wall-paper remover spray stuff (like Dif or whatever)
- sponges
- TSP (or Non-phosphate TSP) detergent.
Put on clothes that you don't trouble about.
Move everything away from the walls.
Tape plastic over the runner (if there is wall-to-wall).
Score the wallpaper (so the spray can creep under it)
Spray it near solution.
Let it sit for a moment or two.
Peel off as much as possible/easy by mitt.
Use the spray as necessary to further loosen the weekly.
Use the scraper to scrape rotten the rest of the paper.
Use the spray as called for to further soften the gum.
Use the scraper to scrape bad even more glue.
Continue until adjectives paper is removed, and almost adjectives the glue.
Use TSP to clean up the walls and ceiling.
Use clean hose down to do a final rinse on walls and ceiling.
(Be careful beside the TSP. It will degloss window/door trim.)
Let walls and ceiling dry.
Go back to the paint store and buy doesn`t matter what you need to:
Paint one coat of primer.
Paint one or two coats of color as needed.
It's a messy opportunity, but not very complicated.

You can bring a wallpaper steamer. You can hire them from your local hire shop.
If the paper is vinyl or gluey you will need to chalk up the surface of the paper to allow the steam to bring back to the adhesive underneath.
