looking for ANY info on a inj pump on a mod# 3140 john deere?

trying to bleed the system. it is a manual pump

Did you run it out of fuel ?
Maybe this can help -
After you have filled the tank - Fill your filters and water seperator manually . Now bleed the line that leaves pump.
Now you have fuel at pump - go to furthest injector and bleed any air bubbles - then tighten them back up.
Repeat above moving from furthest injector to closer to fuel pump.
It should be ready to chug a chug now.
