I've a particularly slow slick on my radiator where on earth the pipe is fitted,i cant tighten anymore,could the olive be split?
Answers: I would do this properly, heat the system up, afterwards drain it off, move the valve, fill the system with an inhibitor (fernox or sentinel inhibitor) added. Some of the answers are in recent times a temporary expeditious fix and should not be permanent.
O yes . loosen it ant try to wrap PTFE video around the olive then tighten compassionately.
