How to regain our privacy?

We live in a HOA, we compensated a huge lot premium to have a huge vertebrae yard subsequent to other lots the same so we would hold openess. We spent an exrtra amount of money on our pool to have it bult contained by the back of the property to enjoy privecy and away form other buildlings. We thougt that this was within the bag because surrounded by the CCR it said no structures above the fence queue. thats now out the door. Our nieghbor have built a big ugly cassida subsequent to our pool. we are now closed within. we cant do anything legaly a lawer has allready told us that we do not enjoy a case to sue or emergency removal. So any ideas on topography scaping to hide this 800 sq foot disaster of an eye sore that our neighbor have slapped in our face we dont want to see it and we dont want to just pick up and move we enjoy too many other things going for us contained by this house to do that. Also we live in a desert. So please maintain that in mind when suggesting landscape.

Answers:    Visit your local nursery or call a tree specialist for the name of shrubs and/or trees that you can plant for privacy. You'll be very surprised at how pretty it will sort your back courtyard and pool look.

As for yourself, you need to cool down or you are not going to be capable of enjoy your home. Remember that the neighbors did not do this to annoy you. They probably don't even know that you don't close to it.
I would check with the HOA. They may own a suggestion or your neighbor may be in defiance of the HOA or CCR. Good luck with this one.
If it can be see from the street they are in betrayal, also how close to the property easement is it they may be in the utility's if so the city should own it moved ,if that dosnt work plant fast growing shrubs
how curious that you own no legal recourse. you brand name it sound as if you would...if you've lone spoken to one lawyer, ask for a second evaluation.

on to your landscaping sound out: unfortunately, desert plants are slow and low growers, within general. so, if you want something towering and fast, be prepared for a hefty hose down bill (that your neighbors can pay as division of your settlement, perhaps). for the low view: camphor*, rocky mountain juniper*, yew pine, california fjord, leland cypress, southern magnolia*, incense cedar, bailey acacia. fast-growers for the high attitude: acacia, plume albizia, smooth arizona cypress*, tecate cypress, palo verde*, eucalyptus*, jerusalem thorn, mediterranean fan palm*, fig*. these are the most drought-tolerant of the detail, but they will still need some marine, especially in the germ.

* particularly bake resistant trees
Ah I know those pesky ordinances, they are to promote good looks not privacy or security. You want a paling then put contained by a living one. Bamboo baby! A invasive high growing fence substitute, simply remember when I say invasive I MEAN IT! These babies necessitate to be planted with a tin liner*can be inexpensive* because they can shot up shouts into your neighbors courtyard and that will go against boundaries. Now, in that are different types of bamboo, me I approaching black bamboo, but they also own standard green and even pale blue. Your best bet is Desert Bamboo if you don’t want to spend that much time liable to their watering or humidity needs.
