Plumeria Prolbem?

My Plumeria, as expected, lost all its leaves over the winter; however, the growth tip has turned brown. The rest of the stem seems to be okay, but it is not producing any leaves. Should I do something about the growth tip?

It depends on what zone you live in and how cold it is.

The recovery time is related to the amount of damage and/or the length of time it has been warm in your area.

Consider, in the future, taking cutting before the cold season. Nurse the cuttings and then you have a back up if the mother plant completely croaks.
