Why does the grass hold ashen tire tracks after I mowed the sward?

After I mowed my neighbor's lawn, the grass where on earth my lawn mower tire go through turned yellow. This never happen to any one else's lawn I own mowed. So why did it happen this time? Is it because of my mower or is it because nearby is something wrong with my neighbor's grass (ie. too dry, malnourished)??

Also, what can I do to fix the grass and prevent this from going on again??

Answers:    Yes it was dry and the dais was shaded. Since it's be cut the sun is getting to the base and drying it more. He only needs to river the lawn. :-)
I'm not sure, but I am guessing your neighbor's grass be long when you cut it- perhaps have not been mowed surrounded by a while-?
I am guessing that the grass had be allowed to get long and although it be mostly green on top, had not be watered in a while and be yellow from denial of water and from individual shaded out underneath. The tracks were probably a short time ago from bending over the grass, revealing the yellow lower than parts. A simple watering and more regular mowing will help the sward look good again. If the grass needs more facilitate, a light application of fertilizer could sustain, but simple water should own that lawn green again by subsequent week.
your neighbor doesn't water it and it took plentifully of stress being cut and the immensity of the mower added to even more trama.tell him he have to water it
