Pygmy Palm died. how can i bring it back to life?

I transplanted it in fall and ever since then it has been changing to dry and whitish "leaves". so it looks dry, but i watered it so it shouldnt be.
ps it is an indoor plant.

sound like you water it to much .it would do better inside unless you live in Florida .it need little sun light.
