How do you put to death trellis worms?

they are all over my patio treee, and pourch

Answers:    If I read your question correctly, and these guys are surrounded by your tree's, you have tent catepillars. I enjoy found that wasp spray will kick them into the subsequent world. Plus the ready to spray can shoot up to 20'. Make sure you try to remove the webbing if possible because that constituent of the tree that is webbed will not come posterior. Bayer also makes a shrub and tree product which contains a pesticide call merit, that is poured onto the ground and obsorbed through the roots thereby protecting the tree from anything that eat it (home depot has it). I dont similar to using synthetics whenever possible, but thats the only two option that i have found to work.
any type of pesticide will work
Use a pesticide to be exact recommended for any type of trees. One of the best I have ever used is Ortho. You can purchase it surrounded by the lawn and garden paragraph of Wal-Mart or Lowe's for around 10.00.
I work for a nationwide grassland care company, and we use a product call Talstar One to control sod webworms, chinch bugs, and other pesty surface insects. It also works great for earwigs (yuck), centipedes, fleas, ticks, etc. Look for it, or something similar, at your home and garden store.

If you have a lawncare service doing your fertilization and weed control, ring up them, because many of those services will provide free insect control for surface-feeding, turf risky insects.

Sod webworms are the larvae of those white moths you probably see flying around your patio on occasion. The moths are safe, but their larvae is not. Also, save you lawn watered (1-2" per week) and mowed at roughly 3" or higher. That will backing keep your prairie healthy, and you will return with less insects.
There are sprays you can win for that. They will shoot to about 20 foot or so. They should be around where the wasp sprays and insecticides are. And they will come contained by a cannister that looks like a wasp spray can.
Go to your sward and garden store (even Lowe's or Home Depot). They have a spray you can use that will take out the worms but won't harm the tree any more than the worms hold.
