How do I dry kidney beans fresh from the garden?

How did they dry beans, pinto, lima, kidney etc in the rash days without a modern food dehydrater?

Answers:    Normally, you would verbs up the whole plant and swing it up where there's righteous air flow until the pods are dry. If you enjoy already picked the pods, then the best opening is to lay the pods in a single lode somewhere they will get plenty of nouns. On a wire rack would be the best course, but if you can't do this because you have too frequent or something, put a few folded kitchen towels underneath, to help prevent humidify collecting.

Check them every few days, and turn them over. When the pods are dry and crispy, you can take the beans out and put them away contained by an air tight container. When you want to boil them, you soak them overnight, and later boil them for at least 10 minutes, as rare kidney beans are poisonous, even after soaking.
you can leave them on the vine and they will dry on their own. This Autumn when the vines and pods are dried and papery later you can harvest the beans. It's how I do it.
