What do baby toads eat?

Every year we get thousands of baby toads hopping in our grass, we catch some and take them to a local pond because of all the construction around here. What should I feed them for the couple of days befor their release? Will black ants do?

Answers:
Toads don't live in ponds... frogs do. Toads eat insects and slugs in the garden.

baby mosquitos
mosquitoes larvae will do... u dont have to feed them... they know wat they have to eat... just let them free and let them eat wat they want... dont think they will like eating ants
I guess black ants will do because, I think they eat insects.
mabe they can eat little baby fish or some green leaves or somthing small if you really want to know then go to the nearest per shop and see if they got some baby frog food.
Ussually they prefer baby endomorphs if served before sunrise. Not to many however, as the baby toads will morph at an amazing rate and possibly overtake the entire region.
