i want to start a small scale buisness through mushroom cultivation. i hold a green house of size 60x30 ft. how can i proceed my work?

I would think your heat up climate would lend itself to growing 'paddy straw' mushrooms outdoors. The two best books on the subject of growing are "The Mushroom Cultivator" and "Growing Gourmet and Medicinal Mushrooms", both written by Paul Stamets. RScott
