Does anyone here own a Sears Craftsman rear-bagging lawnmower, model no. 917.388801, Honda 5.5 HP engine? If so, when I remove the bag to dump the grass clippings, the bag is empty. For the life of me, I can't figure out why???
The height of my mower is set in the middle setting. The bag is connected correctly. There are no holes in my bag.
What am I missing?

I don't have a Craftsman lawnmower but most rear-bagging mowers have a discharge plug that has to be removed first.
It would be in the hole where the grass comes out of at the rear of the mower.
