Answers: Well depending on the size of the holes your dog dug you could just travel to your local walmart, home depot or something like that and buy a pod of soil. If there are masses holes look in the phone book for soil and see if at hand is a place near your home that sell soil, most places like that may provide by the bag.
The easiest is to find a spot contained by your yard and verbs it from there. However if he's digging contained by ground you don't own, go to where on earth homes are being built and ask if you can transport some of the soil they've dug for basements/foundations. OK, Alaska in winter, not plausible. You can buy sand and/or potting soil to fill contained by the holes.
