I found a slug surrounded by my peace lily. Are slugs unfavourable to peace lilies?
Answers: Slugs are harmful to oodles plants. Peace lily included. Put out a shallow dish with cheap beer. They are drawn to it (as various slugs are LOL) seriously though , they will drown. Try it.
Slugs eat in recent times about anything. Especially if they are really Hungary. Pesky things.
Slugs are unwholesome to peace lilies. They can chew them up.
Use mulch around your peace lilies that is scratchy resembling lava rock, diatomaceous earth, or cedar. These will cut & dehydrate the slugs, & destroy them.
Since peace lilies like a peat-based soil, they won't mind some coffee grounds around the underneath of the plants or mixed in the soil. Coffee will take out slugs.
