A Plant Qiestion...4 All the Green Thumbs?
Answers:
Indoors it needs quite a bit, put it in a window that gets direct sunlight. Eastern or Southern light from a window is good for it. Outside it can take quite a lot of sun, or partial shade is okay, if it gets half a day. All day full sun may be a bit too much, but it can take quite a bit outside. I suggest making some starts from your existing plant, you can do this by taking short cuttings about 3-4 inches long, and removing the lower leaves from the stems where you will be putting the stems into potting soil. Put about 3 or 4 cuttings in a very small pot. If you can get a plastic 4 pack like you buy bedding plants in, this is good to start cuttings. You can also use a rooting hormone to give them a better start, just wet the stems and dip in the hormone, poke a hole in the soil big enough to put the stems into without removing the rooting agent, then gently squeese the soil around the cuttings. Place them where they can get lots of direct light, and water them when they need it.

Place your plant in bright indirect light. Early morning and late day sunshine is ok. If only one side of the plant is getting light... rotate your plant every few days to make sure that the plant growth isn't stunted on one side.
