No
No. fleas live on animal blood, not vegetable sap.
No, they will not. I have had many bananas and heliconias, and have never had this problem. If you are in a tropical area, a lot of fleas are sand fleas, present in the soil. Fleas, being blood suckers, also transmit animal to animal, although their eggs can lay dormant in any surface until they hatch.

Ticks are blood suckers, too, but mostly live in low branches of trees, shrubs, and tall grasses, waiting for a host to come by.

If anything, if your bananas are producing fruit, they might attract ants. Might. Go to stokestropicals.com or stokes.com, and they can help find the right kind of repellent for your tropicals. Hope this helps!
I really don't know about fleas and ticks being attracted to a banana plant, but I do know that "Mosquito's" go ape over them.
Really, Mosquito's love the smell of bananas- it's like a pheromone to them.
