I have be looking around for awhile on the internet and can't figure out what is butchery my ivy. We have a substantial part of the pack of our yard as ground-cover for ivy and I am convinced the Ivy is infected , evidenced by copious large inert spots as well as some type of white fine webbing.
Anyway, since I don't know how to describe it, here are several pictures which should verbs up the situation.

How r u doing it? While I like my ivy, infer its pretty, the complex I live in doesn't allow it and it is a affliction to keep away!!!
