Strawberry seed?

I wanted to know if the seed attached to the strawberries that we eat can produce hot plants and fruit?

Answers:    Yes.

But it is much easier to start with a plant, or a offshoot/runner.

But, yeah impart growing the seeds a try.
The strawberry plant itself is a sensitive plant... Imagine the seedling suffering from damping rotten and dying fast!... growing them from seed requires a sterile environment and its not worth the whole headache!... Go to a nursery and buy a strawberry plant and you'll be surprised seeing all those runners or stolons creeping out of your plant... They root whenever reaching some moist soil...
