A good shrub or tree for screening?

What kind of shrub or tree would be good to use as a "screen" to block the neighbors' view of our pool? Preferably one that grows quickly and is at least 10 ft tall. It will be in direct sunlight.

Answers:
Arborvitae are quick, and fill in thickly. Check out www.arborday.org, and you can search for shrubs for this purpose, using your hardiness zone.
