Can anything be put higher than a blockade to hold on to a dog from jump or climbing over it?

Does anyone know of anything that could be attached to the top of a 4-ft. chain-link fence (including the gate) that would prevent a dog from anyone able to climb or rear over it? I was thinking possibly something that would bend inwards, but don't know what would do that. Thanks for your help.

Answers:    The lone thing that will work short possibly harming the dog is installing a taller obstruction.
