Answers: You'd have to know how much oil lamp and dark the plant would inevitability each hours of daylight as well as the correct diurnal temperature (day/night) to form the auxins needed to form flowers and open them. Flowering plants are immensely senstive to dark hours, if they don't receive the proper amount respectively 24 hour cycle, they can't flower.
