What is this plant? its from Florida and parent tree have cottony nut puffs on it. roughly speaking 25 foot towering.?

Answers:    It's a kapok tree.
Leaves of three leave it be. It looks resembling poison ivy to me.
Could it be a Cottonwood tree? We have them within Texas.
