I am landscaping around a new pool where there is concrete mix in the soil. Will this affect my plants?

Answers:
Sort of. If the concrete is new (within a year) it leaches chemicals which are hazardous to plant growth. Therefore, you really don't want to landscape around the new concrete until a year passes. (Or at least, don't get upset if 1 in 3 plants dies.)
