Snowblower tune up?
Answers: Sorry I can't help you beside the cost of a tune-up. it's all too inconstant based on your location, number of mechanics within the area, if its going to snow soon (seriously, the tenet of supply and demand applies), and what requests to be done.
My suggestion is to take it to a reputable small engine shop and see if they'll look at at. If they contract in the brand of domestic device you have you will probably be ok, but getting referral from friends and neighbors isn't a bad thought. They might check it out for free with the impression that they'll be the ones to do the work if you have any done.
As to what's involved, that'll depend upon what desires to be done. It might be as simple as setting the hi and low idle screw on the carburetor. Or it might involve new parts such as fuel and nouns filters and spark plugs (none of this is complicated but parts cost money). You won't know until you enjoy it looked at.
