What Do I do beside extra fresh basil?

I have a basil plant and it's monstrous (it comes up past my waist). With Winter coming soon, what do I do beside all this basil?


Answers:    I trade name about 3 different variety of pesto and it freezes really well. In the middle of winter it taste amazing! Also, if you decide to freeze of late the basil by itself, I've found it's best done in rime cube trays with a bit water.
You can freeze it and use it throughout the winter!
