Yes, they can, but they may not come back the subsequent year unless you plant them in the ground for the winter.
They will grow remarkably well contained by pots..just be paid sure that you keep up on the marine..potted plants have a tendancy to dry out fast.
Absolutely! There are both annual and perennial mums. I prefer the perennial that come up year after year and plant them in my flower bed. I resembling to buy one large red mum for outside my door. Just sort sure to check the soil often so it does not dry out.
