What volume does a standard 25 Kg dry concrete mix bag fill. I have a wall footing volume of 0.45 cubic meters, so how many bags do I need?

Consider your bag of concrete to be just under 1/6th cubic meter. You need about 1/2 cubic, meter, so start off with 3 bags and see if that does it.
