How can I carry rid of tiny little green caterpillars from underside of leaves contained by my just now planted vegie patch?

I want a "non-chemical" or natural approach if at adjectives possible. The little leaves of my plants are being eat at quite a fast rate - just notice in times gone by 2 days - have picked sour about 20 of them so far.

Answers:    Your best non-chemical approach is plucking them past its sell-by date.
you need to walk and buy a special spray to get rid of them
