why would you want it NOT to contain water...water is the UNIVERSAL solvent...It might take millions of years...but water breaks down the toughest of rock...you might however try diotomacious earth...it's the ground up remains of fossilized diatoms...you also do not tell what kind of problem you wish to correct...
