Answers:    Call the local council to see what is required for your area
Any flat grassland will do ,provided it will run the weight of the aircraft using it.
Walk it, steep in adjectives the holes, rent a lawn roller and smooth it out, save the grass cut short... pray you were right and home a conventional gear plane FIRST... before you try to gash the nose reins off a tricycle gear plane.
