Is dirt good for you to eat?
Answers:
My brother was allergic to milk as a toddler and ate dirt. The Dr. said he got calcium from the dirt that his body needed.
Other answers:
Sure, if it's full of worms or big bugs. Make sure you have a big glass of milk.

Your friend is a "dirt" bag for telling you this... he just wants to see you eat dirt so that he can laugh about it with his other friends.
nooooooo it is gross!

only if it has the correct nutrients and you are a plant... otherwise, stick to eating a handful of nuts or a steak.
I had a friend like that once, I ate him with some fava beans and a nice chianti, preferable to dirt.
Stick to your 5 a day fruit and veg and get a new friend
It's not good or bad for you. yes, it has protein but you can get protein other places. Don't eat it just becuae they said to.
No, not protien, maybe some minerals though, depending on what makes up the dirt.
Of course, it also can contain fecal matter, somenella, chemical fertalizers.....
Yes it's good for you if you like to eat worms and bugs and maggots!
no, not really. are you pregnant? That's asked at a doctor visit, that and laundry detergent.
Dirt is a great source of nutrition, especially the silty loam variety. Stay away from red clay, it can make you a bit gassy.
If you can get some from a golf course, gobble up some from the greens. A word of caution though, you could grow a third eye or a fancy tail from all the chemicals, but the taste is splendid!
