I live in upstate NY, I bought this plant contained by a hanging picnic basket, it said it needs full sun to portion shade, it's on my porch in fragment shade. It did well for a couple of weeks, but next stopped blooming. Online, it said it should bloom all summer and into the dribble. I water it every morning, to every other day. I give it some miracle grow for potted plants, the correct amount. What's up? Without the booms, I may as well enjoy thrown some weeds into a pot! Hope someone can give a hand. PS If you are familiar near this plant; can I move it inside to survive the winter?

Yes it can be brought inside during the winter.
One entry to know about plants purchased from a commercial establishment is that the suppliers force blooms by spraying foliar fertilizer surrounded by the time preceding delivery.
Follow the information and I'll bet that you'll enjoy flowers again soon.
