In order to see what type will flower without any problem, check around and take pictures of the different "wild" shrubs that you'll find to your liking, since most likely they'll be fully grown. Then, take the to your local place that sells plants (nursery?) ,they can tell you what kind they're and more likely they'll have them or can sell you seeds or refer you somewhere that sells them.
Good Luck.
