Lemon tree - leaf problem?

Plant is 3-yr. planted in huge pot. Located in Houston Texas. Any suggestions as to why leaves are always folded in. Tree does bear fruit.

When leaves are rolled, sometimes there are insects or spiders inside the roll. Try prying one open and seeing what is inside. Try this site for other diseases of citrus:
