my 10 yr old willow tree is dying pls help?

What the heck does everyone have against willows? Sheesh. maybe some psycho willow-haters are poisoning it. wilows are pretty tough. they just like a lot of water.

Ok.. I Love Willows my old home had three huge ones, one was far beyond heights like 65 feet tall like two heads then loward with age... I sugest watter alittle more, and prune the dead growth or prune (cut little everynow and then to the main branch) to make it save its strength...
