I dont know of any web sites, but I can tell you that urine will kill pretty much any and every plant.

1) there is no nutritional value to urine as the dogs system removes all usefull minerals and chemicals AND removes toxic chemicals through the urine.

2) Dog urine is extremely acidic, thats why it is yellow. It literraly burn the plants roots.

While urination on a plant once in a while will not hurt it, prolonged urination (every day or more) will quickly kill it.

all this is assuming it is a small tree.

If the tree is large, its roots are so deep that it is not removing water from close to the surface, in this case, the only real problem is that the tree will smell like urine.
