how do I get rid of mold that is eating at my tree and bushes in florida?

I have tried everything Home depot has recommended?

i have heard of a lite mix of dish soap and viniger...in a spray bottle....but dont do it if its too hot out....75 deg... is pretty safe...i would try to call a local nursery or do a search on Oregon and Washington Nurseries....
