How do I kill raspberry bushes?
Answers:
The safest way is to dig them out.
Or, set them on fire (burn them). Then, dig out the roots, so they don't sprout.)
(I oppose "chemicals" - we're poisoning the earth with them.)
Other answers:
RoundUp kills just about everything. Instead tho, I would run an add on craigslist and sell them. A bearing bush should be worth some cash. Sell them and ask the buyer to bring his pickaxe/shovel.

Why kill the raspberry bushes? Eat the raspberries.
Dig them out and send them to me! They are the pride and joy of my garden.
The only way I know, and that works, is to cut off all stalks as low as possible, and then pullout the stump and roots. (Some digging may be required.) Make sure you get ALL the roots , as any roots leftin the ground will sprout anew eventually.
Why would you do that I'll buy them from you
