Jarrett. We got them through fences.com online. The Jarrett fence we puchased had a lifetime warranty on the finish, inclusive of the finials, locks and gate mechanism. Last summer we notices that the finish was wearing off of some of the pieces. We took some pictures, contacted the company and they made good on their warranty, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. They replaced over 100 finials and everything else at no cost and never even asked for the old ones back. They guaranteed that no part of the fence would ever require painting or repair and they meant it! It was a good value for the money, as well.
