Is in that a process to fix fertilizing a plant within winter? It's 77 to 80 here surrounded by FL?
Answers: umm,who told you they dance dormant in winter? some do, some don't. plants can't read a calendar. Do the plants within the rain forest on the equator conjecture it's winter?

Most of your plants in your zone are evergreen. You still may enjoy a few that are deciduous and will die out in the winter months. It is fine to fertilize and river in your climate. I other recommend to my clients to fertilize in the fall down months before the winter sets surrounded by. Fertilizing and watering won't hurt your plants, espeically in your space heater climate. Sounds like you are surrounded by zone nine or possiblity ten, which means your low temperature won't get too cold. If you live contained by northern Florida you could be in zone eight.
