It's depends on where you live. I live in southern Nevada, and the county assessor has all that information on the website, including the diagram of the house and aerial photos. If you county does not provide that information, you could try google earth to get satellite photos. See maps.google.com

Download Google Earth then zoom onto your property, and everyone elses's
Go to the city's hall of records. Your parcel is located on your property tax form. The county surveyor's office should have diagrams that spell out your property borders..
court house got measurements of land you could use this better than a pic..an its free 2 find out ,since it is your land!
If you go to the county and look up your survey records, you'll have to pay; although it's not too unreasonable. If you bought your property within the last couple of years, your realtor may still have a record of your parcel in the MLS, and they're not likely to charge. Go back to your own records from when you closed on your house, you may find parcel info. tucked in there somewhere. Other than that, I don't know where you can get them at all, much less for free!:)
