put 1 inch mulch ,now i have white mushrooms crowing what to do?



Answers:
Stir up the mulch a bit, and sprinkle it with baking soda , then stir it up again ... this should take care of it . You can also use lime ( crushed , powdered limestone ) ... It because of excess moisture ( from rain, or watering , etc. ) The baking soad will change the ph of the mulch, and the 'srooms won't grow .. same with the lime ...
Neither will hurt your plants , unless they are real acid lovers , like blueberries , and azaleas .....
