What can I officially do when a reputable landscape company butchers a contracted errand?

Three non-english speaking employees,(I do not speak spanish) be sent to thin and cut deadwood from 4 hulking trees. After napping for 1/2 of the 4 hours they were here (a neighbor call to ask who the sleeping people were), we hold checked their work to find that they have 'butchered' our trees. Also no planting,(17 other trees), took place. The 1 sunshine job be supposed to be completed today, (day 2), but no-one has be and we have solitary been competent to reach answerphones.

Answers:    Take pictures of the work done. Video is preferred. Are the unplanted trees on your property? Film them also. Try a look in to the company's office.

If you cannot obtain them in motion, steal your video evidence and the contract and a written and signed statement from your neighbor who saw them sleeping, and go look in a lawyer.

Be prepared to hire another company to do the work. I hope things work out for you.
Well nick pictures of what was butchered. Is it really butchered or a moment ago cut in a means of access that you aren't used to ? Today is Sunday, that's probably why no one is answering the phone. If not a soul shows up by mid morning tomorrow give them a name. As long as they get it done surrounded by a day or so and they are charging you a flat rate what's the big operation ? Use that extra time to get another tree or two out of them for inconvenience. If you own to take time sour from work to stay home definitely get hold of some money taken off the bill for that. I of late don't get why every one seem so hot to trot to see what they can do "legally" when a little communication can lift care of the problem. Have for a while patience. And I REALLY do hope your patio turns out great. :-)
