coconut palm indoors?

i bought a coconut palm.it is about 1,5 metres.what should i do with that? i am living zone 7.so i will have to grow indoors during the winter.but my flat has a central heating and during the winter it is about15-25 degree centigrade.does my coco palm survive or will i have to use a heater and humidifier?
