I might not make them into pot pourri. I enjoy another idea - I'm supposed to be getting married surrounded by 2012 (no comments about how long away it is - I own a Masters to get!) and I thought it would be nice to dry the petals past its sell-by date the flowers my fiance buys me between now and after. I figure I should hold quite a few by after!!
Answers: Tie a string or ribbon around the entire bouquet, and hang them UPSIDE DOWN contained by a cool, dry place. The petals will dry nicely right on the stem!
